How it works

1. Understand

We meet and talk through exactly what you need — and what hasn't worked before.

2. Explore

We try a few existing designs to see what direction fits. Sometimes that's it — a board that already works, right there.

3. Shape

If nothing off-the-shelf is right, I take measurements and build a mock-up — testing and adjusting until it looks and feels right.

4. Program

The board gets configured to do exactly what you need, built on years of doing this.

5. Live with it

You use it day to day. I stay in the loop — feedback, adjustments, firmware fixes — until it's actually right.

Why I do this

I've been obsessed with input devices that just work — without needing your eyes — since the days of T9 and Palm Pilot Graffiti. That curiosity became a deep dive into ergonomic keyboards, and eventually one-handed builds — tested for real when I broke my own hands, twice. Volunteering with Makers for Heroes, I met Noam and offered to build him a board of his own. Eight years and three iterations later, he doesn't go anywhere without it. After October 7th, I knew there were many more who could use it too.
